Pre-Payment Song Preview
Before final payment, customers receive a short audio sample/preview of the original custom song. Proceeding to checkout and completing payment indicates approval of the overall direction, composition, and vocal style demonstrated in the preview.
Post-Payment Revisions
After full payment is completed, the customer is entitled to one (1) free revision request on the final audio delivery.
Timeframe for Submission
Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the full audio track. If no revision request is received within this window, the deliverable will be considered final and complete.
